5-Year Workmanship & Product Warranty
Available exclusively with the following premium paint systems:
Exterior Painting
- Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh®
Interior Painting
- Sherwin-Williams Emerald Symmetry Interior Acrylic®
These premium coatings are designed for superior durability, washability, color retention, and long-term performance. When paired with our professional preparation and application process, qualifying projects receive up to a 5-year limited warranty.
3-Year Workmanship Warranty
All other approved paint systems and standard product lines installed by Paint Pros of Florida include a 3-year limited workmanship warranty.
1-Year Cabinet Painting Warranty
Cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting projects include a 1-year limited workmanship warranty covering adhesion and coating performance under normal residential use.
Because cabinet surfaces experience higher levels of physical contact, moisture exposure, grease buildup, cleaning chemicals, and daily wear, cabinet warranties are limited to 1 year regardless of coating system selected.
Warranty Includes
- Peeling
- Chipping
- Blistering resulting from defective workmanship
- Premature coating failure under normal conditions
- Adhesion issues related to professional application
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Structural defects
- Water intrusion or leaks
- Moisture damage
- Settling cracks
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by abuse, impact, or lack of maintenance
- Surfaces previously compromised or improperly installed
- Cabinet damage caused by excessive moisture, improper cleaning products, or heavy impact
- Natural wood expansion, contraction, or tannin bleeding
