36-Months Warranty

Paint Pros of Florida provides a three-year limited workmanship warranty on all completed painting projects, effective from the project completion date.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in workmanship that result in:

  • Peeling

  • Bubbling

  • Cracking

  • Flaking

  • Splitting

when caused by improper surface preparation or paint application performed by Paint Pros of Florida.

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Paint Pros of Florida will return to the property to repair and touch up the affected areas at no labor cost.

 

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of project completion.

  • Repairs are limited to the originally painted surfaces and affected areas only.

  • Warranty applies only if the project balance has been paid in full.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Paint Pros of Florida is not responsible for failures caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or abuse

  • Structural movement or settlement

  • Temperature or humidity changes

  • Moisture intrusion or water damage

  • Nail pops or cracks caused by expansion or contraction

Paint Pros of Florida is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

 

Additional Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Horizontal walking surfaces, including decks, floors, porches, stairs, or railings

  • Dirt, mildew, or mold buildup after project completion

  • Paint failure caused by:

    • Rotted or deteriorated wood

    • Structural defects

    • Moisture intrusion

    • Failure of previous coatings

    • Insect or termite damage

 

Important Notes

  • Paint manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to their own terms.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos for review.

  • Repairs will be scheduled based on weather conditions and crew availability.
